CONFERENCE CALLING

THE PROBLEM: Have you ever wanted to hold a conference call between yourself and 5, 10, 20, or even more?  If you don't do it frequently, it can be a confusing and time intensive endeavor.  After all, besides actually setting up the service, you have to personally contact all of the participants, make sure they have the login information, and provide them with any other material you might want them to review beforehand.

THE SOLUTION:  We can do it for you - at a fraction of the cost and with virtually no limitations.

If you need to set up a conference call, all you have to do is contact your Administrative Consultant with a specific date, time and a list of the participants.  We can use your preferred service, our own internal conferencing system, or even one of the free web-based services.  Your Assistant will make the necessary arrangements, notify all of the participants with the connection information, and even provide them with any preparatory material.
