BACKGROUND SCREENING

THE PROBLEM: With the current emphasis on privacy, security, and identify theft, companies face increasing liability for the actions of their employees and vendors. You need to be comfortable with anyone personally involved with your business data, both from the perspective of business security as well as protecting your customer's information.  You can be legally liable if you fail to follow due-diligence.  One of the services we provide clients is assistance with hiring any necessary vendors or on-site employees; whether office staff or field/technical workers.  Our involvement would be similar to the expectations you would have of an on-site office manager tasked with this level of recruitment preparation. 

THE SOLUTION: In addition to assisting with screening candidates and vendors based on criteria and skill levels that you provide, we have a contract with a 3rd party that will provide reliable background screening, including driving records, credit history, criminal background checks, etc.
